Yamaha has just released 2020 nmax 155, which is amazing. In addition to a more sporty and beautiful appearance, the combination of ABS + TCS also gives it the capital to be superior to all scooters of the same level, including the domestic popular PCX 150. Although we can't see the news of the introduction of the new nmax 155 in a short time, in the overseas market, this pair of old enemies have been chasing each other. The 2020 PCX 150 also officially appeared. Although it is still worse than the nmax 155 in configuration, it is much better than the domestic version.
2020 PCX 150 uses a new color scheme. In addition to two solid colors of metal gray and metal blue, it also adds a contrast version of silver + blue and gold + white, which has a stronger sense of technology and luxury.
There is not much change in the appearance. The front and rear LED lamps are the highlights of the whole car, which are called "the most beautiful PCX in history" by the local media, and have reached the summit.
Nmax 155 is in favor of sports passion style, while pcx150 is in favor of elegance and mellowness. In the appearance part, it should not cause too much entanglement to consumers' choice. It is worth mentioning that the front and rear disc brakes are equipped with ABS, which is not available in the domestic version at present.
Other configurations are basically synchronous, with full-featured LCD digital instrument, keyless start system, idle start stop function, 28.8l seat storage space, 8L oil tank volume, front shock absorption, double spring rear shock absorption, front and rear 17 inch wheel hubs, front 100 and rear 120 tires, sitting height of 764mm.
Due to the addition of ABS system, the vehicle weight increased by 1kg, to 132kg (131kg for CBS version). The power part seems to be slightly higher than the domestic version. The single cylinder water-cooled two valve engine with the maximum power of 10.8kw (about 14.7hp) / 8500rpm and the maximum torque of 13.2nm/6500rpm.
The 2020 model doesn't have the same four valve engine as sh, so it seems that this old machine still needs to give full play to its residual heat.
However, the four valve + VVA variable valve timing technology of nmax 155 is the selling point that has been publicized. Honda does not lack technology in fact, and the idea of making a car that is good enough still accounts for a lot of factors. In addition to the regrettable brake system, the power, control, fuel consumption and other aspects are satisfactory.
