Motorcycle lamp is a device used for lighting and sending out light signals. Its function is to provide various lighting lights for motorcycle driving and prompt the contour position and steering direction of the vehicle, so as to ensure the driving safety of the vehicle. Motorcycle lamps include headlamp, brake lamp, rear position lamp, rear license lamp, turn signal lamp, reflector, etc.
1. Headlight
The headlights are located at the front of the vehicle to illuminate the road ahead of the vehicle. The headlamp consists of a lampshade, a lampshell, a reflective bowl, a bulb, a lampholder, a dust cover, a light adjusting screw and a wire harness. The material of lampshade, lamp shell and reflective bowl is PC (polycarbonate). The shape of the headlight is round, square and irregular. It can be divided into single lamp and double lamp. The light color is white or warm.
2. Brake light
A lamp that indicates to the vehicle and pedestrians behind the vehicle that the vehicle is braking to remind the vehicles coming from behind to pay attention to safety. The brake lamp is composed of a lampshade, a lampshell, a reflective bowl, a bulb, a lampholder, a dust cover and a wire harness, and the light color is red. The lampshade material is usually PMMA plexiglass, the lamp shell material is PP or ABS, and the reflective bowl material is PC (polycarbonate).
3. Rear position lamp
A lamp that indicates the presence of the vehicle when viewed from the rear of the motorcycle. The rear position lamp is usually combined with the brake lamp, and the light color is red.
4. Rear license lamp
A lamp used to illuminate the space of the rear license plate. The rear license plate lamp and the rear position lamp usually share a light source. The light borrowed from the rear position lamp passes through the lens under the tail lamp cover to illuminate the vehicle license plate. The light color is white.
5. Turn signal
A turn signal is a lamp used to indicate to other vehicles and pedestrians that the vehicle will turn left or right. There are 4 turn signal lamps in the front, rear and left of the motorcycle, and the light color is generally amber. Turn signal lamp is composed of lampshade, lampshell, reflecting bowl, bulb, handle and harness. The lampshade material is usually PMMA organic glass, the lampshell material is PP or ABS, and the handle material is EPDM or UPVC.
